How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, so please review photographs, measurements, and color details carefully before ordering. Email hello@shlokam.com with questions before you buy.
Are the sarees authentic?
Every saree in our collection is carefully selected before it's listed. If you have questions about a specific piece's fabric, weave, or origin, email hello@shlokam.com before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
