Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at care@shlokam.com with your order number.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery under our 7-day return policy.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
